Joni has completed many additional holistic heath care courses in related fields.Experience the benefits of a com-bination of therapeutic massage techniques. Joni applies know-ledge, experience and intuition to every treatment with courtesy and professionalism. Drawing from the history of her own recovery due to injury resulting from a motor vehicle accident, she was inspired to become a massage therapist.

"Massage Therapy restored my balance and coordination." says Joni. "I was experiencing acute pain in my lower back and neck. It was very comforting and soothing to my body and mind. I was delighted by how much better I felt immediately, but the lasting improvement came in phases. The treatment felt good, giving me increased mobility. It also enabled my massage therapist to identify and recommend the appropriate remedial exercises."

Treatments consist of the following modalities:

•  Jin Shin Acupressure - a gentle-to-firm finger pressure, applied for one to three minutes on specific points of the ancient acupuncture meridians (pathways) giving a deep sense of balance and ease.

•  Swedish Massage - Aromatic oils, such as lavender, marjoram, sweet birch, eucalyptus and rosemary sooth the body and soul with stroking and kneading motions.

•  Cranio-Sacral Therapy - based on the osteopathic approach of listening to the subtle rhythms of the fluids moving through the spine, assists in postural alignment, mental and emotional balancing, expansion of breath and vitality, and heightening of inner awareness.

Joni has completed many additional holistic heath care courses in related fields. Reflexology, Core Myofascial Technique, and Reiki complement any massage. Iridology, Nutritional Consulting and Herbology may also help determine if further referrals might be advised. Her background in psychology, combined with her certification in Neuro-linguistic Programming, Rebirthing and Bach Flower Remedies provide the tools to facilitate emotional growth and quite often obvious shifts in consciousness.
